In November 2025, athletes from Athy Kickboxing competed at the Northeast Open Kickboxing Tournament in Carrickmacross, taking part in point fighting divisions and delivering strong performances across the board.
Laura Bauerfeindova competed in the PF Girls Under 18 category. Showing good technique, focus, and control throughout her bouts, Laura finished the competition with an excellent result, securing gold in her division.
Nicolas Byrne represented the club in the PF Boys Under 12 category. Competing with confidence and composure, Nicolas performed consistently across his fights and earned gold following a strong day of competition.
Our youngest competitor, Cole Mulhall, took part in the PF Boys Under 6 category. Demonstrating great determination and enthusiasm on the mats, Cole finished the tournament with a bronze medal, a fantastic result at such a young age.
Results like these highlight the value of regular training, discipline, and gaining experience through competition. Well done to Nicolas, Laura, and Cole for their achievements and for representing Athy Kickboxing with pride.
