Athy Kickboxing is a local kickboxing club based in Athy, built around hard work, respect, and community.
The club is open to all ages and levels — from complete beginners who have never thrown a punch, to fighters who want to push themselves further. Training focuses on real kickboxing skills, fitness, discipline, and confidence, in a safe and supportive environment.
All classes are led by Vincent, a certified head coach and 2nd Dan black belt, with the club fully registered with Kickboxing Ireland (KBI) and WAKO. This means structured coaching, recognised standards, and a safe, well-run training environment — you’re in good hands from day one.
What makes Athy Kickboxing different is the atmosphere. This isn’t an intimidating gym or a place where only the toughest survive. Everyone trains together, supports each other, and improves at their own pace. Kids learn confidence and self-control, teens build resilience, and adults get fit while learning proper technique.
Classes are structured, well-coached, and practical. Whether your goal is fitness, self-defence, confidence, or competition, you’ll be trained properly and treated with respect.
We currently train three days a week:
- Tuesday
- Thursday
- Saturday
Class times & prices:
- Children: 5:00–6:00pm — €7.00 per class
- Adults: 6:00–7:00pm — €10.00 per class

Athy Kickboxing is more than just training — it’s a community. People come to train, but they stay because they feel welcome, supported, and proud of their progress.
